Mahabubnagar District Collector has issued panchayat
secretary grade 4 jobs 169 posts recruitment notification on Oct 17,2013.In
Mahabubnager District, the filling of vacancies of panchayat secretary grade 4
2013 through General Direct Recruitment in respect of contract Panchayat
secretary’s as per G.O No:379 and RD dept, Dated: 14-08-2013.
Method of Panchayat Secretary Recruitment 2013:
Government have decided and ordered to consider all the
eligible and Secretary’s for the general Direct recruitment with a relaxation
in the age, provided their age on the day entered in to the contract service
was within the limits prescribed in the rules.

Panchayat Secretary Job Qualification:
Educational Qualification: Degree( 75% weightage
would be based on the marks obtained in the Degree Exam)
Desirable Qualification: The remaining 25%, a
weightage of 15% would awaded for the service as Gram Panchayat secretary’s at
3 marks per every year of service and 10% for the seniority after the date of
acquisition of educational qualification at 1 mark for each year of waiting
after acquiring Degree qualification.
Age Limit: Above 18
yrs but less than 36 yrs.
Selection Process of Panchayat Secretary Post 2013:
Candidates shall be selected on the basis of marks secured
in degree and weightage of marks secured in Degree and weightage of marks for
contract service a Panchayat Secretary.

Chief Executive Officer- ZPP member
District Panchayat Officer- Member and Convener.
How to Apply:
Application forms will be available in the order of District
Panchayat Officer Mahabubnagar District between 19th Oct 2013 to 29th Oct 2013 before 5:00 pm on
payment of 50/- Rs through DD in favour of the District Panchayat Officer,
Mahabubnager. Candidates can fill the form and submit the same to the District
Panchayat Officer, Mahaboobnager.
1 The candidate shall submit the application along
with attested copies of all relevant certificates to the respective authorities
notified in the notification.
2 Non-submission of the attested copies of
certificates and memos of marks pertaining to the educational qualification prescribed
for the post, will make his/her application invalid and hence liable for
rejection.
Note: Besides cancelling the selection of candidates, a
criminal case shall be initiated false/bogus/unauthorized certificates along
with the application.
